In 2011, we’re all about the Air Swimmers Shark. You’ve probably seen remote controlled RC Blimps. If not, they’re kind of like a big inflatable balloon that flys around the air using a remote control. Some ingenious engineer has just made this old toy a lot more exciting. Rather than boring old blimp, an Air Swimmer takes the form a shark which bears an uncanny similarity to the Great White from the Jaws movies. You’re never going to make you dad jump with an inflatable blimp, but zooming this menacing looking shark into the bedroom while he’s reading his newspaper might just do to trick! You can buy a canister of helium for around less than £20 from most good party shop, or any store that offers party balloons. Don’t worry though, Air Swimmers are a lot stronger than an ordinary balloon. In fact, they’re constructed out a hard wearing nylon material. This means that you don’t need to worry and you can safely crash it off the walls or furniture without causing any damage to your house, or to the Air Swimmer. This also means that each Air Swimmer can be filled up over and over again, and swum around the house to your desire.



Air Swimmers have been tipped for great sales figures this Christmas, by Toys R Us. They were so into them in fact, that Air Swimmers have been given number two in their list of top ten toys for Xmas 2011. Not bad going for a newbie!



Ultimately, what this means is that Air Swimmers have had a huge amount of publicity. The official promotional film had raked in 4 million hits the last time we checked, and that number is getter bigger and bigger. It’ll be a challenge to grab up the available stock, so buy as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
